The Northern Netherlands has all the ingredients to be a living lab for a large scale transformation of homes, schools and other buildings, creating spaces that nurture and promote human health and well-being. The Healthy Ageing Network Northern Netherlands and the Healthy Life Alliance will sign a MoU with the Nationaal Coördinator Groningen and the Economic Board Groningen, to take a first step in this direction in the North-Eastern part of Groningen. Transforming existing challenges and ambitions (reinforcements of buildings in the earthquake region; broadening of the Vital@Home approach; and the Man Made Blue Zone ambition) into specific and scalable initiatives.
